Ideal candidates will have:
A genuine love for working with young children
A nurturing, patient, and positive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience in a licensed childcare or early education setting (preferred)
High school diploma or GED (required); CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
Knowledge of child development, age-appropriate practices, and classroom management
Ability to meet state licensing requirements, including background checks, CPR/First Aid, and annual training
A commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and joyful learning environment
